God's Elements
Our beautifully created environment is more than a pretty picture. God created our surroundings as healing, energetic batteries for our cells and a testament to our souls. God's elements are placed here to achieve what man deems "impossible."
Throughout decades of my health journey, I developed protocols that strive toward God-centered healing.
Twice in my life, I've been given the prognosis of "inoperable, progressive, and terminal." I spent more than 17 years primarily bedridden and requiring 24-hour care. When my doctors deemed I had only months to live, I spent six months in hospice.
Tired of hearing what Western Medicine couldn't do for me (and both of these medical issues they'd caused in the first place), I created my own healing protocols. I based my healing practices around God and wisdom through His scriptures while observing His natural world. I studied ancient healing practices with long track records of tremendous success, dating back decades and some all the way to the Garden of Eden -- where God created us to thrive.
Twice now, I've survived what my doctors told me was impossible, decades after they gave me no hope, and zero chance of surviving only a few months. Thirty years after the initial damage, now, in my 50s, I've never been healthier.
The Power of Healing
Health is more than the absence of disease, and true healing is only achieved through our God-given immune system. My Protocols aim to strengthen the immune system, and if the body can repair an imbalance or dis-ease, I'm giving my system the fuel it needs to transform that possibility into action.
My Personal Journey
At the age of 21, I had my four wisdom teeth removed during a routine surgery. Three of these teeth were embedded deep in the bone, and the force used to extract them ripped my jaw from my skull. The injuries were extensive and left me with damage to both of my inner ears (dramatically reducing my balance mechanisms), injuries to my jaw, TMJ, tendons, membranes in the head, the bones of my skull, and a traumatic brain injury.
Sadly (like most of us), we believed that routine surgery and annual testing resulted in minimal incidents of damage to the patient. It wasn't until we started to dig deeper that professionals in the field told us otherwise. They explained how more than a million Americans each year are injured or killed by the surgical or pharmaceutical practices of Western Medicine. These numbers are far greater than patients are told. Not only that, but these routine injuries and deaths are considered "acceptable" norms by Western Medicine.
The inability to know where I am in space (through both inner ears) means I no longer had the ability to sit up, stand, or walk by myself. My brain struggled to form words and sentences or to regularly move my limbs in a helpful manner, even to use a cup to drink or a fork to eat. Suddenly, my highly athletic body required 24-hour care to accomplish daily needs. Fourteen specialists -- the best of the best -- from across the world repeatedly wrote in my medical file how the damage was "Permanent, progressive and terminal with no known treatment or cure."
Routine Surgery and Testing Gone Wrong
The damage from the surgery forced my body into constant fight-or-flight (a form of consistent panic, 24/7) even while I was sleeping. Processing this unrelenting signal from my inner ears and brain created repercussions throughout my body, creating a wave of damage throughout my heart, lungs, liver, adrenals, and hormone levels. For my dramatically imbalanced hormone levels, my doctor ordered the ACTH test (adrenocorticotropic hormone test), stating it was the "gold standard" to know how my adrenals were functioning.
Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to the pharmaceutical that was injected through my IV during the ACTH test. My skin broke out into full-body hives from head to toe, while my lips and throat began to swell, and I went into anaphylaxis. The hospital staff brought a crash cart with more pharmaceuticals they wanted to inject. Thankfully, my husband, Todd, noticed the drugs they wanted to inject were already on my allergy list (known to cause anaphylaxis in me before). Todd placed himself between the medical staff and myself as we refused further treatment. As my airway swelled and I gasped to breathe, we prayed. And prayed. Constantly.
While we chose God over their drugs (that were causing a life-threatening situation), the medical staff called security. They desired to remove Todd, who was physically preventing them from injecting another known toxin into me. The drama subsided once the hospital staff finally checked my chart and realized they might have killed me had Todd not been there to protect me. Praise God, the swelling eventually stopped before my airway was completely cut off.
Once home, I drank as much water as possible. Because the best solution for polution is dilution.
Over the following few days, though I couldn't see the swelling anymore, one spot in the front of my throat still felt strangely swollen. I couldn't feel it with my fingers, but each time I swallowed, it felt like there was residual swelling that wasn't going away.
A few days later, I felt a tiny lump on my thyroid. It was so small that it fit under the width of my fingertip. I had my doctor and another practitioner palpate it; they felt it, too. Both agreed we'd keep an eye on it.
Within weeks, it was noticeably larger. My doctor ordered a scan, which confirmed a solid mass in the inferior aspect of the right side of my thyroid gland. It was already 4mm across (.15 of an inch). Again, I was told we'd keep an eye on it.
Several weeks later, the rock-hard mass was significantly larger and elongated. Now, I could see it in the mirror and feel it in my throat each time I swallowed, and it pressed against my airway each time I would lie on my back to fall asleep. There was also a change in my voice as it intruded on my vocal cords, creating hoarseness.
Exponential Growth - Inoperable, Stage four
My doctor ordered another scan and referred me to a specialist, a thyroid surgeon. The surgeon informed me the mass had grown extensively, from 4mm to 22 mm in only a few months (from .15 to .86 inches). That's 1mm of growth every ten days. She explained that this solid mass had created so many blood vessels to feed itself that it was completely covered in blood vessels in every direction.
When I asked what it was, the surgeon explained that a mass that solid, that grows that aggressively, and is covered in that many blood vessels could only be one thing... cancer.
Not only that, but among the four types of thyroid cancer, this rate of growth eliminates three of those, leaving only the most aggressive type, called Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma. Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma is always considered stage four cancer at the time of diagnosis because it grows and spreads so aggressively, usually into the lymph glands, brain, and lungs, making it inoperable.
Stage four, inoperable cancer.
And the prognosis? Most patients don't survive the following five to six months, and less than twenty percent are still alive after one year. The five-year survival rate for Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma is less than five percent (even with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy). Most patients die within the first few months.
I asked other doctors about the ACTH test, and they all agreed that, yes, thyroid cancer is a known, potential side effect of their "golden standard" test. That answer took some time to process. Especially since it was given casually -- sometimes with a shrug of the shoulder without looking up from my chart -- as if getting cancer from a medical test was a common occurrence. I replayed these events in my mind numerous times, realizing that the doctors who ordered the medical tests knew that one of the side effects was cancer. Wow.
I was also told by medical professionals that the ACTH test isn't the only test that causes cancer. Several doctors explained to me that the contrast (used during an MRI or CT scan) is also known to cause cancer. Mammograms, ultrasounds, and colonoscopies, along with numerous other pharmaceuticals and tests, are also known causes of cancer or other severe damage that may threaten survival. According to several medical professionals, it turns out that most of our commonly recommended "gold standard" tests come with the risk of radiation, cancer, severe damage, trauma, or death. And these consequences happen at far more alarming rates than we're led to believe.
Western Medicine's own studies show that some of their commonly recommended annual tests have a 56% chance of a false positive. Wow. So, I allowed a test that may be wrong 56% of the time, and it's known to cause cancer. Unbelievable. If I understood these odds, I would never have allowed these tests to be performed on me. If this were a coffee shop, and they got my order wrong 56% of the time, I'd undoubtedly refuse to do business there. I wouldn't accept those odds from a coffee shop, why would I accept those odds from my doctor? Now that I know, I'm no longer willing to accept those medical odds or gamble on something as valuable as my health.
I decided that this would be the last test I willingly allowed on my body. No more annual tests for me. In my assessment, the horrific, life-threatening risks and damage far outweigh the small potential for information (that may be incorrect, anyway).
This was now the second time Western medicine caused me catastrophic damage while I was told they were doing something to help me, that their methods were deemed "safe and effective," and that the benefits outweighed the risks. They were wrong. Again. Wrong enough to change the trajectory of my life, leaving me permanently damaged, bedridden, with stage four cancer, and they offered no hope or help for what they had caused.
It was time for some introspection and change. As I weighed my circumstances, I asked myself, "If the test causes cancer, and the biopsy can spread cancer, while chemotherapy and radiation can create additional cancers, and surgery (as I know far too well) can leave me with brain damaged, my body being permanently disabled or worse, then why would I allow myself to be further damaged by any of these options?" They don’t sound like viable options to me. There must be another way.
As I was forming my plan, the cancer grew aggressively. The solid mass in my throat was now beyond the width of three of my fingers, approximately 58.4 mm long by 31.7 mm wide. That's 5.8cm by 3.1co (or 2.3 inches long by 1.25 inches wide).
My first step is always to increase my Bible studies and prayer life to invigorate my spiritual walk and see where God leads me. God created us to thrive, and I’m determined to find a way!
My First Attempts and Successes
Our God-given immune system is the only way toward true healing. Having faced – and overcome -- other “impossible” odds over the years, I came up with more than 50 ways to boost my immune system! Including eating an all-organic diet abundant in leafy greens, vegetables, fruit, lots of good fats, and lean meats. At the same time, I attempted to reduce or eliminate processed foods from my diet (anything that comes in a box, bag, or can) along with reduced toxins in my environment.
As challenging as it was for me to move physically, I increased my exercise as much as possible (with my 24-hour assistance). These exercises emphasized functional movements and the goal of building muscle.
To round out my initial protocol, I included acupuncture, Eastern Medicine, and IV Therapy once or twice weekly (for each). My IV Therapy included high-dose vitamin C followed by a hydrogen peroxide IV every other appointment, with a Meyer's Cocktail on occasion.
Thankfully, within weeks of beginning these protocols, we saw the cancer growth slow down and come to a stop. I continued this level of diet, exercise, acupuncture, Eastern Medicine, and IV therapy (as much as twice a week for each) for more than two years. And in that time, the cancer never grew any larger.
What Western medicine declared as terminal within a few months, I had stopped in its tracks in a matter of weeks and kept it from growing for more than four years!
From Stopping Cancer To Eliminating It!
Two years after I stopped all my acupuncture, IV Therapy, and other modalities, I noticed that the tentacle part of the growth (the mass in my lymph glands that heads toward my brain) felt potentially thicker. Although the mass in my thyroid remained stable. Not wanting the cancer to grow again, I took action.
Thanking God for all my previous success, I wondered, "If I can stop cancer from growing, why not also eliminate it from my body?" In all this time, the thyroid cancer stopped growing, but the size of the rock-hard mass had never reduced. It had maintained the same massive size for four years.
I aimed to eliminate cancer from my body. I formed an improved healing protocol to encourage my body -- as much as it's able -- to increase healing and restore health the way God intended me to thrive.
With my Bible in hand, I looked to God for answers. As I thumbed through the pages of my Bible, I repeatedly noticed the word “heal.” Spelling out the word in my mind, I realized that each letter might represent a God-given element provided for us to thrive. This began my H.E.A.L. protocol.
Researching God's Blessings - From the Cell to the Planet
I spent nearly every day of the following nine months studying cancer, how it functions at the cellular level, how it grows, divides, and spreads, and the role of apoptosis, mitochondria, hormones, energy, and quantum physics in those interactions. My background (studying medicine in college to become an orthopedic surgeon) helped me tremendously as I dove deep into the world of cellular energy.
.My education and medical vocabulary came in handy while spending hours, weeks, and months pouring over medical white papers and reading through long medical studies. It was also a blessing that I'd been studying alternative medicine for nearly twenty years, too. That gives me a huge head start on how the body works as a whole unit (not compartmentalized units as Western Medicine teaches).
Over time, I came to surprising and satisfying answers to my most pressing questions, from what is cancer, what causes it, how does it begin, and how does it replicate? What's happening at the cellular level, how does photobiomodulation interact with those cells, and what role do mitochondria play as the energy source for cellular function? How do stem cells replicate, and what role do they play in spreading cancer to other areas? What role do magnetism and the frequency of electromagnetic fields play in the health or detriment of human cells? How does this energy disrupt meridians and cellular communication? How do oxygen levels within cells fuel their ability to function, and what happens when there's not enough? How have people been overcoming cancer for hundreds (or even thousands) of years? Is there anything on this planet--besides our God-given immune system-- that can truly heal the human body? What resources did God naturally provide to allow our immune systems to function optimally? And how do these work together for good? Knowing what cancer is, what causes it, how it functions, and how the body heals are key to knowing how to reduce or eliminate it.
I love exploring all of this! I get so excited about how it all works and how intricately woven we are by God's hands. I especially love how God created the earth and all of its properties not only as beautiful experiences for us to live in but as batteries that literally charge the cells of our body via mitochondria and other God-designed processes! Wow! This is a beautiful journey, and like most worthwhile journeys, it always brings me closer to God.
Connection With Nature
I also read book after book examining holistic, alternative, and Eastern medicine practices, with some methods (still in use today) that date back 5,000 years or more. I performed and watched interviews with first-hand experiences of practitioners and patients healing from stage four inoperable cancer.
I studied the effects of God's nature and His elements on our God-given immune system and how the closer I am to God's nature, the stronger my immune system can function at the cellular level. Pouring over books, blogs, scientific studies, and medical white papers, I investigated every method of healing that I could find. Several protocols used in other countries opened my eyes to holistic healing that I hadn't previously known. Interestingly, many practices considered "alternative" methods in the United States are common knowledge and widely used in other countries across the world. Each holistic idea, practice, and clinic brought its particular specialty and strength.
I recognized the merit of these diverse practices and noticed that their survival rates (not just over five years but over a lifetime) were significantly higher than those offered by Western medicine.
I decided that combining several of these practices could give a well-rounded, full-body approach toward healing. Through specific combinations, I could significantly strengthen the cell's mitochondria (and, therefore, increase the power of the immune system) for true healing. God created us as more than the sum of our parts; it's often the synergy of combined energies that creates something extraordinary.
As I pondered these practices, I regularly strolled through the Pacific Northwest rainforest, letting my fingertips glide over water droplets on cushion moss and feeling the softness of feather moss against the bottoms of my feet. I observed changes in my cellular energy when I was outside compared to inside my house. I witnessed the faint pinks of clouds at sunrise and the vibrant reds of a fiery sunset before bed, and I noticed a positive change in my energy on days that I witnessed God's creativity as He painted the sky in warm hues.
I realized that there was a common thread in all these things—from holistic healing to quantum physics—and it was God.

From all I'd studied and all the practices that have been tried and true for decades (or even thousands of years), I formed my HEALING protocols as a united whole, including the most significant modalities from the beginning of time through today. My HEALING Protocols were born, and I immediately put them into practice.
From Stopping Cancer To Reversing It
I added each modality to my HEALING Protocols until each was at full strength.
Only 14 days into my HEALing Protocol, I noticed my cancer getting smaller. The enormous, solid mass that used to feel rock-hard now felt slightly reduced in size and softened along its outer edges. This is what my doctor referred to as "spontaneous remission." With four years of no change (then it began to grow again), but after two weeks on my HEALING Protocols, it's finally reducing; I'd argue there's nothing spontaneous about it.
After 30 days, my thyroid cancer decreased in size from 2.3 inches long by 1.25 inches wide (58.4 mm long by 31.7 mm wide) to 1.51 inches long by 1.1 inches wide (38.3 mm long by 27.9 mm wide).
That's a 35% reduction in length and a 12% reduction in width (or an average of 23.5% improvement) in only four weeks!
In only four weeks on the HEALING Protocol, my stage four, inoperable thyroid cancer, was in remission.
After Three months, my thyroid cancer decreased in size from 2.3 inches long by 1.25 inches wide (58.4 mm long by 31.7 mm wide) to .8 inches long by .7 inches wide (20.3 mm long by 17.7 mm wide).
That's a 65% reduction in length and a 44% reduction in width (or an average of 55% improvement) in only three months!
As thrilled as I am for the continued improvement, after the initial gains (in the first month), I expected my healing trajectory to be more substantial than it is after three months. During this time, the only change was the weather; we transitioned from early autumn into winter. The cold, overcast weather (in the Pacific Northwest) prevented me from getting direct sun on my skin and from doing my earthing outside (on the freezing ground). Thankfully, I continued with my red light therapy and grounding while inside, and these are continuing to heal my cancer, although at a slightly slower pace. That said, a 65% reduction in tumor size within three months is pretty spectacular. Lesson learned (again and again throughout life): God's way is always the most effective and efficient.
Today, my health continues to improve, and the solid mass in my thyroid continues to reduce in size as I, once again, defy all the odds. I'm transforming what was deemed "impossible" into something tangible and actionable. I plan to utilize my HEALING Protocols for the rest of my life.

Divine H.E.A.L.I.N.G. Protocol
Hydration - Earth - Air - Light - Intention - Nutrition - Growth
The Divine HEALING Protocols center around these basic Godly principles (that work for the physical body as well as the spiritual realm): prevent toxic loads before entering the body, release toxins after they enter the body, and fuel your immune system, cells, mind, and spirit with quality and truth.
H for Hydration
Hydration is key to survival, yet the quantity and quality of our water make a tremendous difference in cellular function and detoxification.
WATER QUALITY
My water quality plays a critical role in each cell of my body. My first step is using filters and UV light for water purification, from a whole-house system (to protect from the absorption of toxins through my skin) to additional filters for my drinking water.
After the whole-house filter, I use either a Reverse Osmosis system or a gravity-fed filter system.
WATER STRUCTURE
Hydrogen water is a daily part of my routine. I include a minimum of five servings of hydrogen water daily (again, I'm using the filtered, Reverse Osmosis water as a base for the hydrogen water).
Structured Water is another amazing option for drinking water or whole-house water systems. Once the water has been filtered from impurities, I love creating structured water. It adds a negative ion, creating H3O2, along with micronutrients, which energizes and empowers my cells in a way I can feel and utilize throughout the day.
WATER QUANTITY
My daily water intake is at least half my body weight in ounces. For example, if I weighed 100 pounds, I'd drink at least 50 ounces of water daily. When I workout hard, sweat, or when it's particularly hot outside, I increase my water intake as needed. We are electrical beings that require hydration to connect our circuits - especially for the synapses of the brain, heart, and organs. If you're trying to conduct electricity, standing in a pool of water is better than on a dry piece of wood. I hydrate up to connect those circuits and give my body the best chance at becoming more!
WATER REMINERALIZATION
What gets removed from my water is critical, but also what I put back into it. To be sure I get my daily dose, I add essential salt with trace minerals and balanced electrolytes to my water throughout the day.
For me, the best water is purified, mineralized, and energized. For that, I purify with reverse osmosis and UV filters. To mineralize, I add trace elements, pink salt, and electrolytes, And to energize my water, I create structured water or hydrogen water. And enjoy!
WATER PH
Adding healthy, trace minerals and drinking warm lemon water each morning is also part of my routine. I use half a fresh lemon in eight to twelve ounces of warm water (I also add a teaspoon of local, organic honey).
HYDRATING OILS
Beyond water for hydration, I also lube those electrical connections with good oil and fats. I include at least five tablespoons of oils daily, including olive oil, avocado oil, flax seed oil, and coconut oil. All these (except the coconut oil) also allow our hormones to communicate, balance and function better. Hormones are communication devices that require oil and fats to exchange information. Fats and oils are a critical part of my daily hydration protocol.
E for Earthing
Earthing is skin contact with the Earth's magnetic field.
Remember that feeling of calm and relaxation you get when you stand barefoot on a beach? When we connect to God's earth, the world's problems seem to slow down, thoughts become clear, and our bodies--even at the cellular level--feel at peace.
TOUCHING THE EARTH
Touching the Earth with bare skin is critical for grounding, stress reduction, decreased inflammation, and improving the function of the immune system.
Two significant changes happen as soon as our skin makes contact with the earth; we release man-made electric fields, and we begin to upload much-needed electrons into our bodies.
Our bodies are built like antennas, constantly resonating and capturing energy. We run on DC current (this is how we can read the voltage in our brain or heart, like during an EKG). Unfortunately, our modern-day world primarily runs on AC electric current and at different frequencies (or speed rates). The AC current and the frequencies it resonates create chaos in human cells, including their ability to communicate with eachother. When communication breaks down, the system as a whole no longer functions as optimally as it was designed, thus creating imbalance or dis-ease.
When we touch the earth, those damaging AC currents that run through our cells (like an antenna) are miraculously discharged into the earth.
But that's not all! The second part of God's creation not only discharges the damaging energy, but it recharges every cell in our body through much-needed electrons. These electrons are critical to cellular energy, which powers our body's ability to function, including our ability to think, breathe, digest, move, pump blood, and eliminate waste from the body. A body without energy is called a corpse.
The earth is part of God's healing plan that removes damaging energy and recharges the batteries of our cells.
GROUNDING
While Earthing includes being grounded, Grounding is a method done while inside the house. It utilizes devices (such as grounding mats) connecting a cord to the earth outside. In my experience, none of these devices contain the full power experienced when physically touching skin to the earth. That said, there are plenty of times when being outside (especially during winter) isn't ideal. I use grounding mats on my bed and to ground my electronic devices, especially while I'm using them. I try never to hold a cell phone up toward my head or touch it while it's not lying on a grounding mat (as much as reasonably possible). I also discovered that I received an improved quality of energy when I used a direct grounding rod with each device (that has its own cord running outside into the ground) rather than plugging a grounding mat into the grounding port of a wall outlet.
PULSED ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD THERAPY
Part of Earthing is physically tapping into the earth's frequency and magnetic energy. In addition to earthing (outside) and grounding (inside), I also use a Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy Bed (a PEMF unit). A good quality PEMF unit floods the body with the healing frequencies that God created not only in the earth but that resonate cellular energy (and, therefore, healing) into the body.
This simple connection to God's Earth and its energetic frequencies can be life-changing!
A for Air
Deep breathing techniques increase the body's oxygen levels.
AIR QUALITY
Air quality makes a tremendous difference. In today's world, we're bombarded with toxins, even in the air we breathe. Most indoor air is significantly more damaging to our cells than outside air, even in a polluted city.
Consider opening windows as often as is reasonable and adding air purifiers in every living and sleeping area of your home.
AIR QUANTITY
Deep Breathing practices are critical to transporting oxygen to our cells throughout our body. Full-lung breathing also helps There are nearly limitless options available for deep breathing techniques. Nearly any increase in getting oxygen to your cells will be beneficial. Try whatever deep breathing practice works best for you. The key is integrating it as a practice done several times throughout your day.
Exercise with oxygen is a form of therapy for improving circulation and lung capacity.
Fresh air and outdoor activities, including deep breathing in a forest, can make a positive difference in immune function, along with mental and physical health.
L for Light
Sunlight (similar to the earth) is another God-designed way to energize our cells for healing. The natural Vitamin D that I get from the sun is critical to my health and immune system.
LIGHT QUALITY - SUNLIGHT
I allow the first and last hour (or two) of sunlight directly on my skin as often as possible.
It's important to note that while sunlight on my skin is critical for my health, sunburn is not. I don't stay in the sun long enough to burn, especially during the middle of the day.
LIGHT QUALITY - RED LIGHT THERAPY
In winter and for indoor light therapy, I utilize a high-quality, full-body red and near-infrared light therapy panel.
Red light therapy benefits cellular repair, mitochondria strength, skin health, and it reduces inflammation.
LIGHT QUANTITY
I do twice daily light therapy sessions to mimic the sunrise and sunset of God's creation. Personally, I do ten to twenty-minute sessions each morning and evening, for a total of twenty to forty minutes of red light therapy each day.
In the summer, I continue my indoor red light sessions and include an additional one to two hours of the first and last rays of sunlight directly on my skin as often as possible. That's up to four hours of direct light per day. Yes, even with my pale, porcelain skin and natural blonde hair, I never sunburn in these hours of morning and evening light. Instead, I've noticed that when I get lots of morning sunlight, I can be out in the hot afternoon sun for longer without burning, just as God designed us. More morning sun increases my body's ability to handle potential damage significantly better. I never, under any circumstances, spread sunblock on my skin (where toxic chemicals can flow directly into the bloodstream).
BLOCKING BLUE LIGHT
In addition to increasing red light, I decrease my exposure to harmful rays of man-made blue light by utilizing screen protectors on my devices. I also use low EMF and low blue light lightbulbs throughout our home. The BioLight lightbulbs are my favorite option for our main living areas (living room, kitchen, and bathrooms) because they offer full spectrum lighting for daytime use and amber (yellow) light (with no blue light) for evening use. We have red light bulbs (with no blue or green light) in our lamps for night use (after sunset). Motion-activated red lights work perfectly for us in the bathrooms (for middle-of-the-night use), helping keep us in sleep mode that makes it easier to fall back to sleep quickly.
We replaced the lamps on our nightstands with low EMF red light lamps for reading in bed at night and bedtime navigation.
My amber-colored blue light blocking glasses work perfectly for screen use during the day. While my red-colored blue light blocking glasses are ideal for after sunset or while watching movies at night.
Once my H.E.A.L. Protocols were in place, I decided to add three more, as I was doing these already and saw the benefits of all the elements working together. The addition of three more God-given elements completed my H.E.A.L.I.N.G. protocol.
I for Intention (Intentional Release)
There is power in being purposeful, focused, and intentional, especially when it comes to the art of letting go.
Everything is energy, including intention.
LETTING GO
We tend to be reluctant to let things go, even when they no longer serve us. Yet God's intention for us regarding release is celebrated with an annual show of vivid colors. Autumn is a time of letting go and releasing things that are no longer needed. The leaves don't decide to leave the tree, but it's the tree that sends the signal to the leaves that it's time to release. God's created nature demonstrates how letting go is not only vital to the trees but is a stunningly beautiful and rewarding process.
For me, the process of letting go of things that no longer serve me includes no longer using Western Medicine for anything beyond catastrophic, acute injuries. This is what they're trained and good at: emergency medicine. Healing is in the realm of God and those people, patients, and practitioners who humbly observe the ways He designed for us to thrive.
Our body and health can also benefit from letting go of things like toxins, people, and methods that cause more harm than good.
HOW TO KNOW WHAT AND WHEN TO LET GO
Learning muscle testing and utilizing professionals specializing in muscle testing and energy work is highly beneficial. Your subconscious knows everything about you -- so who better to ask about your personal healing protocols?! You (including your muscles) become stronger when you encounter truth and physically weaker when you encounter anything untrue. This beautiful process of asking yes and no questions while muscle testing can enlighten you toward directions of healing that you didn't realize could positively change your life. Muscle testing can help you know which (if any or all) of these ideas will have a beneficial impact on your health at this moment in time.
INTENTIONAL FILTER
I'm intentional with what I allow in my body (and environment) and what I desire to release. If I allow everything to enter my surroundings, my body uses excessive time and energy to filter everything. But if I intentionally filter things before they reach me, my body can stay focused on healing. I'm mindful of what comes into my daily surroundings, including what I watch on television or the internet, and who I choose to surround me along this path toward God-centered healing.
INTENTIONAL RELEASE OF TOXINS
I'm intentional about releasing things like toxins from my body, emotions that no longer serve me, and toxic people from my daily life. Letting go, purging, and cleansing are just as crucial as pre-filtering what I want to allow in my sacred space (since my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit).
LYMPH GLAND DRAINAGE
Part of the purpose of hydration is to flush toxins from the body. To encourage this process further, I include lymph gland drainage five to seven days a week. Interestingly, some cancer treatment centers in Germany require their patients to have professional, full-body lymphatic drainage each day as part of their protocols—for this exact purpose -- of using hydration and physical movement to flush toxins from the body.
CASTOR OIL
Hot Castor oil packs are another fabulous way I intentionally release toxins from my body. I use these in a variety of places where I need them, and one of my most repeated castor oil treatments is over my liver to encourage a healthy and gentle liver detox. I do these as often as once per day over my liver.
COFFEE ENEMA
Coffee Enemas have been used for decades as a way to encourage a gentle detox of the liver. If we utilize excellent protocols for the intake of healthy foods but fail to remove the toxins from the body, we still run the risk of being overrun with toxins. It's said that more than 90% of Americans have reduced liver function by 80% or more. Our liver is critical to our ability to process waste and toxins from the body. Toxins in the body pollute the blood. When the toxins are removed, pain can subside, and healing can increase. Without a healthy liver, we run the risk of toxins building up in the body, creating an exponential rate of dis-ease. When we detox the liver, we need to be mindful about replenishing nutrients. I prefer to drink fresh-made smoothies or organic juices to maintain healthy electrolytes and minerals. Cleansing (toxins) and replenishing (nutrition) always go together.
Coffee enemas are a gallbladder and liver flush that can be performed daily. For more information, direction, and use, there are fabulous places for learning, such as PureLife Enema and (of course) the Gerson Institute. Always seek the advice of a professional (who is familiar with coffee enemas) before beginning this protocol.
There are numerous types of other liver detox options as well, as always, seek the advice of a medical professional first.
ENERGY WORK
Everything is energy. Every molecule and atom within us contains space, but this isn't a useless void of air; it's dynamic energy. We have more energy in our body than we have visible parts. I incorporate energy work to strengthen my immune system. Energy work comes in various methods, from intention, visualization, and prayer to utilizing Acupuncture, Eastern Medicine, or the Emotion Code and Body Code.
Emotions are energy that can create traffic jams along our meridians (energetic highways). The release of trapped emotions (even from years or decades prior) can open meridians of communication and allow healing to begin.
A body without energy is called a corpse.
SLEEP
The critical role of a good night's sleep cannot be overstated. For humans, there's no such thing as a "night owl." Our body, mind, and emotional well-being are purposefully designed to synchronize with the dynamic phases of the sun and moon, along with the rhythms of the seasons and years. When we live outside of God's beautiful and intricate plan, we discover significantly higher levels of (emotional, physical, and spiritual) imbalance, dis-ease, and chaos.
Following the circadian rhythm of the daily sun cycle can create changes far beyond what you might expect. We've talked about spending more time in the sun (especially during morning and evening light), but we also need to follow the sun's lead, and when the sun is down, we use this time to recharge and repair our cells.
Our body's natural rhythm is to be asleep between the hours of 9 PM and 5 AM. If you find yourself frequently waking up around 2-4 AM, this is an indicator of a hormone imbalance (which often leads to an ever-widening ripple of chaos and dis-ease).
Health and healing are significantly increased when we make sleep a priority. It's critical to form a pattern of going to bed when it's dark and rising with the sun, along with reducing EMF fields, blocking blue light and their devices during these hours, and within the sacred space of our bedroom. Sleep is when our body performs its deepest repairs, recovery, and renewal. Waking refreshed each morning as the sun begins to glow through the early blue hour of each day is how God designed us for optimum health and healing.
N for Nutrition
Nutrition is key in any healing therapy.
QUALITY NUTRITION
As much as possible, I aim to have as close to 100% of my diet made up of organic foods. Eating a salad that's laced with cancer-causing toxins isn't going to help heal my body.
VEGETABLES AND LEAFY GREENS
I increase my intake of fresh vegetables, especially leafy greens like kale, spinach, and broccoli. I include broccoli (or broccoli sprouts) every day. I even add fresh broccoli sprouts and dried leafy greens to my smoothie every morning! I've never run the risk of having too many vegetables and leafy greens in my diet.
GOOD FATS, PROTEINS & FRUIT
Good fats (like avocados), along with oils (like olive and avocado), are critical for communication in the brain, heart, organs, and hormones. Lean proteins (especially red meat), along with fresh fruits, are also critical to my well-being.
REDUCE PROCESSED SUGAR
As we all know, processed sugar feeds cancer like crazy! Worse than that, it doubles down on danger by feeding cancer while simultaneously hindering the rest of our body (especially the brain, organs, hormones, and the immune system). Slowing (or preferably stopping) processed sugars from entering the body is ideal.
REDUCE PROCESSED FOODS
Beyond processed sugar, I reduce processed foods. Yes, that's anything that comes in a box, bag, can, or bottle! I realize that eating only fresh foods (the way God created us to thrive) is more than challenging in today's world. Reducing these (hopefully the worst offenders first) is a step in the right direction. Baby steps are better than no steps at all!
REDUCE SEED OILS
These dangerous oils are in almost every processed food today. When you remove the obvious ones (like never having a bottle of canola oil around), you can begin the process of discovering the hidden ingredients in items you didn't imagine (like salad dressings, mayo, sauces, frozen vegetables, pre-shredded cheese). Yes, this means that I almost never eat out; more than 99% of my food is prepared at home (and every label is carefully scrutinized). In some cases, if you're growing organic vegetables and making your own oils, a few of these might be fine. But that's not the case for the oils we find at the grocery store (even in the organic section), because when f they're processed as shelf-stable products, they're stripped of their good qualities and laced with numerous toxins.
Not all seed oils are toxic, but several of them are so dangerous that some doctors equate them to cigarette smoke. For those of us old enough to remember, cigarettes (like seed oils now ) were once considered "safe" and even doctor-recommended! This seems preposterous to us now, yet as much as 70% of an average kid's diet today is processed food (soaked in seed oils)!
Lately, one doctor referred to the level of damage done to our cells by seed oils as the equivalent of having one french fry (prepared in seed oil) to smoking one cigarette. So those thiry french fries at lunch may contain the toxic load of 30 cigarettes in one afternoon. Instead of just destroying your lungs, dangerous seed oils contain toxins that can destroy your brain, heart, hormones, organs, and immune system. Nearly 100% of commercially available fried foods contain these dangerous seed oils.
The worst of the dangerous (and highly processed) seed oils include canola, corn, cottonseed, soy, soybean, rapeseed, sunflower, safflower, grapeseed, linoleic acid, and rice bran oil. You might be shocked by how many "foods" are laced with these deadly toxins. Always check labels.
SUPPLEMENTS
From food alone, it's nearly impossible to gain every nutrient the body requires for optimal health and healing. In today's world, our soils are so depleted, and the toxic load in the environment so significant, that even our organic foods lack the level of nutrients they did decades before. Therefore, supplements play a role in my health.
VITAMIN C
One of my frequently used supplements is Vitamin C.
We all think we know about Vitamin C and its many health benefits, but did you know that Ascorbic Acid is not Vitamin C?
Ascorbic Acid is only a single element within Vitamin C. All vitamins are made up of highly complex molecules that contain a large number of factors that work together to produce health benefits far beyond any produced by a single isolate.
Like so many other things, humans take God's complex and intricately balanced creation and strip it down to a single idea, we remove the entire structure that was created to work together. There is order and balance in God's creation. Segregation without balance is never a healthy idea. In my experience, there is no healthy vitamin activity when any of the compounds and minerals are missing. Disturbingly, "ascorbic acid" is frequently marketed as "Vitamin C" or even as "natural Vitamin C," but each of these is far from interchangeable.
In the vitamin industry, the stripping down and separation of elements are labeled as isolates, yet in nature, the process of separating each element into simpler matter is known as decomposition. A breaking down from the original whole.
Ironically, in the 1930s, when Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgyi won a Nobel Prize for his discovery of how to isolate ascorbic acid from Vitamin C (in red pepper), he also found that Vitamin C (along with ascorbic acid) is far more biologically available and active while it's still in the red pepper, in its whole form of composition (vs. decomposed into parts).
Yet the inexpensive and synthetic forms of ascorbic acid were easy to reproduce and sell to the public as it still is today. To this day, the words "Vitamin C" and "Ascorbic Acid" are (incorrectly) used interchangeably, even though they are not even close to the same chemical makeup. I'm not sure how he would feel about how it's being sold now, but in his own words, Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgyi wrote,
“Right from the beginning, I felt that the medical profession misled the public. I think that is a grave error.”
In my experience, I find that not only is ascorbic acid not boosting my immune system, but just as the name implies, it's highly acidic (10 times more acidic than naturally buffered Vitamin C). Over time it can cause upset stomach, diarrhea, atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), along with the breakdown of collagen (what we need to keep our joints soft and mobile), leech minerals from skin, bones, teeth (weakening our structure), and promote the formation of kidney stones, and more. That sounds more like a toxin than a health supplement!
Indeed, eating foods naturally high in Vitamin C is beneficial, like Kakadu plums, acerola cherries, green chili peppers, red and yellow bell peppers, black currents, kale, kiwi, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, strawberries, oranges, lemons, and limes. But like most of us, I don't eat enough of these daily, so I supplement my diet. Because it's water soluble, the human body doesn't store Vitamin C, which requires us to consume it frequently.
Ascorbic acid is not Vitamin C. Not even close. If my supplement bottle reads "Ascorbic Acid" instead of a list of natural foods, it may be doing more harm than good. I seek out a whole food, organic version of a complete Vitamin C such as Pure Synergy's Pure Radiance C, or I also use Liposomal Vitamin C.

IV THERAPY
If you need a super boost for a struggling or serious health issue, there are few things that work as well for me, as High-dose vitamin C, IV Therapy.
High-dose vitamin C IV Therapy bypasses the gut and brings those vital nutrients directly to the bloodstream, where they can be utilized. We're not what we eat but what we absorb, and if our body is imbalanced with ill health, we're oftentimes not absorbing nutrients optimally. This also allows us to take more than our stomach lining can handle, but our blood and cells seem to rejoice! High-dose vitamin C typically begins at 25,000 mg and goes up from there (blood tests are required first). Even a couple of these sessions can make you feel from ill to amazing!
Personally, I get the most benefit from having IV Therapy twice a week for two to six months at a time (or until the illness I'm dealing with at the moment subsides). After that, four sessions per year (or when feeling ill) work well as a maintenance plan. Personally, I usually oscillate between High-dose vitamin C and hydrogen peroxide IVs. Always check with your vitamin IV professional for what might work best for you.
The power of vitamin-based IV Therapy can't be overstated, as it can be a game-changer for so many ailments!
VITAMIN D
Unless you've lived under a rock for the past few decades, you probably know the immense benefits of Vitamin D. Specifically, I mean Vitamin D3+K2.
Like most of us, I don't live where I can be outside with moderate amounts of sun-exposed skin all year long. That leaves me requiring supplementation to receive enough Vitamin D, especially the further away I live from the equator.
Many studies in numerous countries over several decades demonstrate that people who suffer from the most severe symptoms of a virus (including death) tend to have low levels of Vitamin D in their bloodstream. And people with high levels of Vitamin D (within healthy levels) have as much as 45-95% less severe symptoms when fighting the same virus. These levels are also true in studies about cancer, auto-immune issues, and so much more. While helpful with overall immunity, I find that Vitamin D is particularly good at fighting respiratory illnesses, pneumonia, and viruses, along with increasing my mood and my ability to process emotion.
With decades of utilizing naturopaths in my journey toward health and healing, I've noticed that almost all of them agree that a standard dose of vitamin D3+K2 is 50,000 IU per day, for a healthy individual. Most of them recommend a dose of between 150,000 IU and 200,000 IU per day for a short time while fighting an illness. Always consult your naturopath regarding your own health, doses, and length of time.
For a little perspective, one microgram of vitamin D is equivalent to 40 IU (international units). In other words, one IU of vitamin D equals .025 micrograms. There are 1,000 micrograms in one milligram. Therefore, one IU of vitamin D equals 0.000025 milligrams. That means that the recommended dose of 400 IU per day is only 0.01 mg (milligrams)! Wow. It would take ten times that dose to get to 0.1 and 100 times that dose to get to 1 mg.
If I take 10,000 IUs on an average day, that's only 0.25 mg of Vitamin D.
If I take 50,000 IUs on an average day, that's only 1.25 mg of Vitamin D.
If I take 100,000 IUs when I'm ill, that's only 2.5 mg of Vitamin D.
If I take 200,000 IUs when I'm ill, that's only 5 mg of Vitamin D.
Wow, a little perspective helps a lot!
Personally, I seek the cleanest, organic version of vitamin D3+K2 that I can find. I wouldn't want to add all those potential toxins in the surrounding capsules, so I look for a liquid version that I let puddle and absorb under the tongue. This bypasses the gut and helps absorb it into the bloodstream.
As I reach the 100,000 mark (or so), and for more than seven days, I increase my water intake and add magnesium and zinc supplements as well to maintain proper balances (to reduce kidney stones)and to help utilize the vitamin D in my cells. This has worked wonders for me! Always check with your alternative health practitioner (who is familiar with high-dose vitamin D), before making changes for yourself.
MULTIVITAMIN
I've never been a fan of multivitamins. For me, they either made me sick with heavy toxins, or at best, they had no positive influence on my cells or health. I hadn't found a quality multivitamin, that met my standards for health in more than 30 years of searching... until now. For the first time in three decades, I discovered a multivitamin that changes my cells for the good, it influences my bloodwork in positive ways, gives me more energy, and boosts my immune system. My personal choice for a multivitamin is through the Superhuman Protocols and is part of the 10x Health lineup called 10x Optimize Multivitamin.
When I feel a cold or illness coming on, I take a teaspoonful of Sambuccas (from one to six times per day, depending on the severity of my illness). I also include Zinc, NAC, and Quercetin when I need to boost my immune system.
G for Growth
Growth is key throughout our lives, in both the physical and spiritual realms.
PHYSICAL EXERCISE
Physical exercise and muscle growth have healing benefits on our mitochondria and our immune system. The lymphatic system flushes toxins from our bodies throug the use of movement. Anything from taking a 30-minute walk to a high-intensity workout encourages the lymph glands to perform their much-needed job!
SPIRITUAL GROWTH
Spiritual growth is key to my overall well-being. It plays an enormous role in my ability to live intentionally, have a purpose, and stay focused on the most essential things in life.
I incorporate physical and spiritual growth into daily healing routines through regular Bible studies and (when possible) physical workouts five days each week.
CONSISTENT CHANGE
Our bodies and brains are constantly changing. When we learn something new, we create physical and energetic synapses in the brain. When we build muscle, we change our health parameters for the better. Our cells constantly turn over (as they're designed to do!). Cellular death is a necessary part of life, as is cellular renewal. We see this in our skin, as we sluff off dead skin cells (especially during exfoliating) as our bodies create new skin cells. Our organs do the same thing. Over time, we are literally not the same as we were a week ago, a year, or a decade ago.
During morning, evening, and night, or the seasons of the year and the seasons of life, our body requires different parameters for optimal health. Many of our health issues are influenced by where we're most overloaded or deficient. For example, if you don't remember the last time you spent an hour or more with your feet touching the bare earth, your body may respond more to that than adding one more serving of vegetables (assuming you're getting several servings each day already). If you live in a place that doesn't see much sunlight for many months of the year, or you don't expose your skin to the direct morning or evening sun (without sunblock), sunlight or near-infrared light therapy might be the most significant boost for your health at this time in your life. As the seasons of your life change, your most significant health improvements typically come from changing something you're getting too much or too little of at that moment. You are the best expert on you!
ALWAYS LEARNING
Wisdom is growth that comes from putting into practice the things I've learned over time. Godly wisdom is the highest level of growth I can accomplish, and I'm grateful that it's a never-ending process, allowing me to continually grow with God throughout my lifetime and all of eternity.
My goal is to question everything, ask questions, and seek truth. There's always something more to learn, thus the beautiful journey of life! Remember, you are responsible for your actions, choices, and your health. Lifestyle Changes - Daily Practice
Once these changes took place, they became routine for me.
REDUCE (OR REMOVE): Processed foods, dangerous seed oils, blue lights, and EMF devices (especially in bedrooms/during sleep).
ADD: Water filtration systems (to the whole house, shower head, or kitchen sink), vegetables and healthy oils to the diet, blue light-blocking lightbulbs for any lights we use after sunset.
Daily Practice (Basic)
I practice light therapy outside in the sunshine (with as much skin showing as reasonable for my surroundings) during the first (and last) hour of light each day. My bare feet are in contact with the earth, and I'm practicing my deep breathing techniques while occasionally sipping purified water. During the quiet of the day, I listen to the birds sing and intentionally focus on God and His healing love. Note: I have no phones or other EMF devices in my vicinity.
Daily Practice (In Winter/Advanced)
I practice red and infrared light therapy inside (with as much skin showing as possible) as the first and last thing I do daily. My bare feet are in contact with a Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy mat (PEMF), and I'm practicing my deep breathing techniques while occasionally sipping purified hydrogen water. While enjoying my red light sessions, I also use castor oil and perform lymphatic drainage. During the quiet of the day, my mind is intentionally focused on God and His healing love. From there, I head to the kitchen (under the light of blue light blocking lighting throughout my house) to enjoy my warm lemon water with honey, followed by my morning smoothie that's packed with fresh leafy greens, powdered greens, protein, oils, and delicious fruit. I love starting my day with this sacred ritual, as my mind is prayerfully focused on God and giving thanks for the day ahead. At the end of the day, I include my hot castor oil pack over any area I'd like to change. The comforting warmth radiates my body and prepares me for sleep. Immediately before bed, I do one more red light session and then enjoy a healing night's sleep. Note: I have no phones or other EMF devices in my vicinity during these times.

I've found miraculous healing through God's natural elements, and I've incorporated them into this Divine HEALING Protocol. God is more than a great physician; He's the creator of every hair and cell of my body, so He knows best how to heal me. God also gives us the elements of His natural world to recharge our bodies and give us a chance toward healing and learning to thrive.
