While I can't know the exact day or hour (Mark 13:32) of Jesus Christ's return, this countdown clock is set for Rosh Hashanah (AKA the Feast of Trumpets), God's Holy Day. It's known to the Jews literally as the feast that "no man knows the day or the hour" because it couldn't be confirmed to begin until two witnesses in Jerusalem saw the first sliver of the new moon. Perhaps Jesus was telling us more than we read into it today -- telling us the Feast He will return. The Hebrew word Feast can be translated as "Divine Appointment." Rosh Hashanah is the next feast (the next divine appointment) waiting to be fulfilled... any moment!
